Our approach, which is based upon a five stage process, defines the way we work and aids us in the creation or development of a brand identity that reflects a unique personality, offering and proposition.

Each step complements and informs the next, building an identity through a structured series of stages. Every stage adapts to a project’s unique requirements whilst retaining the form we feel is needed to thoroughly answer the brief.

To truly understand, first we must listen.

The first stage of any project starts with a conversation to understand you and your aspirations. Then we work closely with you to set out an accurate brief – the more comprehensive the better – and then a schedule for the entire project based on your requirements.

Discover

All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them.

The aim of this stage is to complete a full situation analysis. Who are you? What are you saying? How are you saying it? Who are your competitors and what are they saying? What is right and what is wrong? The key is to ask the right questions.
